Return and Refund Policy

Jen's & Flora by Sa'a Mokolo

Due to the specific nature (hair and hygiene products) of wigs and extensions, our return policy is strictly differentiated according to the chosen delivery method:

Home delivery

Any item delivered to your home is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. By choosing home delivery, the Customer expressly accepts that the sale is final, definitive and irrevocable from the moment the parcel is shipped.

In-store pickup (Sa'á Mokolo boutique)

Only items collected in store may be refunded, provided that the Customer expresses dissatisfaction on site, at the exact moment of pickup. Once the Customer has accepted the item and left the boutique premises with the product, no return, exchange or refund will be granted.
