We collect the information necessary to process, manage and fulfil your orders: first name, last name, delivery address, email address and phone number.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

Article 3: Collection and publication of provider data (Directory)

To create and display profiles of hair stylists and barbers in our online directory, we collect in particular: name or pseudonym, federal state (Bundesland), city (no full postal address), email address, phone number, travel service information, profile photo, links to social networks or professional websites, and ratings submitted by logged-in visitors.

This data is published on the platform after review by our team, to enable contact with visitors. Each provider remains solely responsible for the legal and tax compliance of their activity.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of the relationship with the provider) and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent when registering via the form).

Article 4: Payments and third-party partners

Your financial transactions are handled securely by our payment partners PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. and, where applicable, Stripe Payments Europe, Limited. The seller never has access to your full bank details or credit card numbers.

When you browse our website, server log files (including IP address, date and time of access) may be automatically processed by our hosting provider and technical service providers (hosting, database, email delivery) for security, maintenance and proper operation of the site.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (payment) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in site security).
