General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Scope and applicability

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the e-commerce website Jen's & Flora (hereinafter "the Seller") and any person making a purchase on said website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 2: Order process and confirmation

Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. After validation and confirmation of payment, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Article 3: Payment methods

Payment for your purchases is made exclusively via the secure PayPal platform. This exclusivity applies without exception to online payments as well as payments made in person when collecting orders in store. No other payment method will be accepted.

Article 4: Delivery and pickup times

In-store pickup (Sa'á Mokolo boutique) — Steinstraße 70, 35390 Gießen: orders will be available within two (2) business days after order confirmation.
Home delivery: items will be delivered within four (4) business days from order confirmation. A delivery fee of 7.50 € applies.
