General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Scope and applicability

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between the website Jen's & Floran (hereinafter "the Seller"), represented by Sa'a Mokolo, Steinstraße 70, 35390 Gießen, Germany, and any person purchasing products on said website (hereinafter "the Customer").

The website also provides an online directory of hair stylists and barbers, governed by Article 5 below and our Privacy Policy.

Article 2: Order process and confirmation

Any order placed on the website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. After validation and confirmation of payment, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during checkout.

Article 3: Payment methods

Payment for your purchases online is made via the secure platforms PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. and/or Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (including bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered at checkout). The Seller never has access to your full bank details or credit card numbers.

For payments made in person when collecting orders in store, only PayPal is accepted, unless otherwise stated in the boutique.

Article 4: Delivery and pickup times

In-store pickup (Sa'a Mokolo boutique) — Steinstraße 70, 35390 Gießen: orders will be available within two (2) business days after order confirmation.
Home delivery: items will be delivered within four (4) business days from order confirmation. A delivery fee of 7.50 € applies.

Article 5: Directory of hair stylists and barbers

The website provides a directory allowing hair stylists and barbers to create a professional profile, subject to review by the Jen's & Floran team before publication. This feature does not constitute a product sale within the meaning of Articles 2 to 4 of these GTC.

Nature of listed services

Providers listed in the directory offer exclusively braiding, hair extension installation and traditional weaving services. They do not provide chemical hairdressing services (colouring, bleaching, perms, chemical straightening, etc.) or haircuts or other regulated hairdressing acts, unless explicitly and verifiably stated on their profile.

Status of providers

Each listed provider operates in their own name as a self-employed, duly registered trade business (Gewerbe in Germany). Jen's & Floran does not employ them, does not act as their agent and does not guarantee their professional licences or the lawfulness of their services.

Each registered provider remains solely responsible for their services, the accuracy of published information, their legal, tax and professional compliance, and their relationship with website visitors. Jen's & Floran acts only as the directory host and is not a party to services performed between a visitor and a published profile.

Registering in the directory implies acceptance of the publication of data described in our Privacy Policy.
